Directions

From Downtown/Old Town San Diego take the 5 South to the Palm Avenue/I-75 Exit 5A. Exit Right and travel west 1 1/2 miles. The Urgent Care is located on the opposite side of the street in the Silver Strand Shopping Center.

From Coronado you will take Orange Avenue south until it turns into the I-75. You will travel on the I-75 south to the corner of I-75 and Rainbow. The urgent care is located on the Silver Strand just as you are entering Imperial Beach, 5 minutes south of the Hotel Del Coronado. Our address is: 600 Palm Avenue, Suite 108A.
